You'll begin with creamy Burrata cheese paired with mandarin and crisp fennel for a refreshing opening. Then enjoy a beautifully prepared lobster entrée accented with nori and delicate Japanese-style breadcrumbs for added texture. Next, enjoy a comforting chicken dish with coconut milk and sweet potatoes for your tantalizing second entrée.
