Begin with a choice of fresh starters like grilled vegetable skewers or a crisp Caesar salad. The main course includes slow-cooked pork ribs, marinated chicken thighs, juicy beef burgers and savory grilled sausages, with vegetarian-friendly tofu skewers available as well. Enjoy loaded potato wedges and a zesty Southwestern black bean salad on the side. For dessert, choose between a seasonal fresh fruit platter or warm berry cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Book now for a relaxed and elevated barbecue experience at home.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
