Start your culinary journey with a vibrant mezze platter, featuring creamy hummus, smoky baba ghanoush, savory dolmas, olives and warm homemade pita bread. For the main course, savor beef kibbeh, delicately topped with fresh mint and served alongside fragrant jasmine rice with vermicelli. Finish your unforgettable meal with crispy, golden baklava drizzled in honey, a perfect sweet finale.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

One of the best family events I have had in a very long time. We went with my son and his wife, and it was reminiscent of taking the kids to Disney Land. Chef Emmanuelle guided us, yet made it fun. All four of us learned so much from her. The food was great, and the company was even better. Chef Emmanuelle shares her passion and her skills. I recommend taking a class from her regardless of your experience. Do what I did, make it a family night and you won't regret it. We will be back.

What an awesome class! Chef Emmanuelle is passionate about preparing healthy, yet simple and tasty food. She was encouraging and always willing to answer questions. She made us feel welcome and shared her knowledge with us. I learned more from her in just a few hours than I did from other classes lasting much longer. We will be back!

This was my second time taking a class with Chef Emmanuelle. It was simply amazing. My family loved the class! She shares her passion for cooking as well as her recipes. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary attending a cooking session with Chef Emmanuelle. She was very informative and did an excellent job inspiring us to be creative with flavors and ingredients in the kitchen. She was very attentitive to us throughout the session. The environemnt was great and we would highly recommend. We will be attending future sessions with Chef Emmanuelle!

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Chef Emmanuelle' vegan workshop! The atmosphere was incredibly warm and inviting, and Chef was a fantastic teacher.
