To finish, enjoy a decadent bomboloni, the traditional Italian donut, as a sweet finale to your indulgent evening.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Anthony arrived about an hour before serving up the first appetizer. He brought all of his own pans and cooking equipment with him so we only had to provide plates and silverware. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and we were able to customize our main entree and sides with Chef Anthony's help. Every dish was delicious and we enjoyed the chef's explanations and tips of each dish he prepared. We chose the crab cakes and candied walnut strawberry salad for our appetizer. We chose the filet mignon, lobster, mash potatoes and creamed spinach for our entrees. And lastly, our yummy dessert was the banana's foster. I'd highly recommend Chef Anthony.

Chef Anthony was amazing!! He was able and ready to adjust to all the many weather conditions! It was my husband’s pool birthday party, it was sunny and in within a hour and a half, a black cloud, rain and wind came up !! Everyone saying it’s going to blow over, but alas, it didn’t!, Anthony was so willing to to move into our social room, without a question. He also suggested Alicia for our bartender, who was amazing!! Thank you Anthony and I will always turn to you for my future events and will suggest to my friends to hire you. GREAT JOB, ABOVE AND BEYOND.

I sought out Chef Anthony for a private cooking class for my sister and me. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this experience was. I requested that we focus on vegetarian dishes, as my sister has recently become a vegetarian. Chef Anthony put together a menu of dishes that were not only easy to make but delicious! He was a great teacher- supportive and fun! I highly recommend him for any of your chef needs - catering, personal cooking and cooking classes. You won’t be disappointed!

Chef Anthony was amazing! He can when he said and food was delicious! We had a ball for my daughter’s 16th birthday. We had brunch and dinner prepared in my home. We will be using him again for his meals as well as his cooking classes. He is very personable and pleasant.

We wanted to do something special for my dads 70th birthday but with Covid we were not able to throw a big party instead we hired Chef Anthony to cook an amazing dinner and he didn’t disappoint! From the first time I called him to talk about the menu, during the dinner and after he was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. The food was outstanding and he made the whole experience so nice. If we are back in the area we will hire Chef Anthony again. He also does cooking classes and would love to try that if we lived closer.

Chef Anthony provided a fantastic experience. Making arrangements was very easy. He arrived on time. He created a tremendous dinner with dietary restrictions that were required. The food was fabulous. He cleaned the kitchen and gave us the leftovers which we enjoyed the next day.. Highly recommend this pleasant man..

Chef Anthony, I cannot begin to thank you and your team appropriately for the gift you gave to my family on Fathers Day and my Mom’s birthday. You are incredible at your craft! The food was extraordinary and our experience beyond our expectation. I found you online and rolled the dice for a way to celebrate my aging parents in style at their home. I wasn’t sure what to expect, you helped me build the perfect menu and WOW you blew us away with the quality, taste, plating of our meal, the manner in which you managed my Mom’s kitchen and your team, and the service of Brian and precious Marie. Every single person at our table is still raving about you, the food and the experience. I could not have picked a more perfect way to celebrate than partnering with you. I highly, highly recommend Chef Anthony. I first encountered Chef Anthony and his talent at a friend's retirement. Since then I’ve hired Chef Anthony twice - for my daughter’s after-wedding lunch and for my husband’s retirement reception, plus I have referred him out to other friends for holiday events and the like. He is now my go-to caterer. You will not be disappointed by Chef Anthony's professionalism. He listens and creates a menu to your liking which is a big deal for me. Why? I am a health coach and part of that is helping people develop healthier eating habits in every day life and especially at celebrations - be that for weight loss, weight maintenance, balancing blood sugars etc. Working with Chef Anthony is a true partnership! You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing experience!!!! Was on time, came in and got right at it. Was friendly and knowledgeable about his craft. He worked well with the young lady helping him. The FOOD was great!! I couldn't believe how much food you got, my wife and I couldn't eat it all. I will definitely book him again.

Thank you so much to Chef Anthony and his team! They did a birthday brunch for me in Florida. Communication was outstanding, we discussed the brunch menu and it was agreed upon with the group of 5 girls. We were all very excited, and the food was GREAT. Chef Anthony is kind and has excellent communication. We planned an early morning boat ride and Chef Anthony accommodated our schedule by coming by earlier. When we arrived by home, we had a great deal of food, all presented very well. Thank you so much for your professionalism - we really enjoyed the meal.

Chef Anthony was amazing! From the planning of our menu to the execution of our meal everything was incredible!!!
