Chef Jerry was fantastic -- he made amazing food & made sure that we all had more than our fair share. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great chef experience in the New Orleans area.

Chef Jerry was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! He was so patient and knowledgeable about all things cooking. It honestly didn’t even feel like a class any more. The food was a 12/10 and we had leftovers ! Please do yourself a favor and book this class !

Great experience, delicious food!

Chef Jerry was an excellent host. We did our session with another lovely couple who were also a delight to be around. The session was at Chef Jerry's house and personal kitchen, and we were greeted with already prepped ingredients. We were initially hesitant about the session being only 1.5 hours long, but Chef Jerry was very efficient in the kitchen and multitasked everything so that even dinner was included in that 1.5 hour length. While we would have wanted the session to be even more hands on (having each person with their own kitchen station and cook their meal vs more of a demo with participants helping with prep), we highly appreciated Chef Jerry's in depth knowledge of the meals made, including a secret sauce that was able to be utilized for 3 separate dishes without it tasting the same in the end. We were also surprised to have additional menu items instead of just what's advertised, as Chef Jerry was indeed very generous with his time and resources. He also sent us the recipe afterwards which we also appreciated. Overall, the session was definitely a highlight of our trip down to NOLA!

What a great time we had at the premises and in the kitchen of Chef Jerry! He is such a pleasant man and a very good chef; we enjoyed our time with him, his teachings and especially what came out of the kitchen :-)

We had a blast! We’re locals and learned a few tips for cooking some of the usual things we eat and some good recipes for new dishes. Chef Jerry was awesome! Very hospitable and knowledgeable. We will definitely do this again sometime.

Great instructor We very much enjoyed cooking right along side of him. Flavors were pure Louisiana as promised. Spectacular sunset views from his veranda included. Don't miss a chance to cook with this chef.

Tasty food and delightful chef! Would have preferred more hands on and real beignets instead of fried store bought puff pastry covered in powdered sugar, but still learned quite a bit in a relaxed, welcoming night.

We had Chef Jerry prepare bbq shrimp crawfish bisque pastalaya and bread pudding at our home for a birthday dinner!! Everything was out of this world!! Chef Jerry was such a joy to have as an instructor and it was a very fun evening. Highly recommend and can’t wait to have him back!! That bananas foster was DELICIOUS !!! Bravo!!

Chef Jeff was an amazing chef with a fun and laidback personality that made my husband’s and I date night one to remember. It was a sweet date night, and we got to learn many recipes & new cooking info during our class. Chef Jerry was sweet & knowledgeable.

Chef Jerry was amazing! He was very laid back, his kitchen was clean, & the food was great. He was even kind enough to send me his recipe’s and I’ve already made them for my husband here at home. Thank you for the best meal we’ve ever had in New Orleans, & moreover thank you for your service in the military.
