Take a journey of authentic Asian flavors during a customized menu fare.

Discover the flavors and intricacies of Asian cuisine with an immersive private chef experience. Top-star Chef Dorian will craft your choice of a four-course menu, including fresh sushi.

You can look forward to an incredible, flavor-filled menu. Start off with a refreshing Japanese salad or Chinese mushroom dumplings, followed by an assortment of fresh fish and sushi rolls, hand rolls and nigiri. For the main course, choose from Korean-style short ribs, black pepper shrimp and more. Desserts include favorites such as green tea panna cotta, mochi ice cream and matcha cheesecake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Dorian is a magician in the kitchen! I can't explain the dishes he creates with a few ingredients any other way! His food is simple yet the flavors are so complex! I have been dining around the world for many years and Chef Dorian has created some of my favorite dishes! Once you try his food you will be a customer for life. I feel honored that I have had the opportunity to taste his delicious food and look forward to returning to his kitchen.

Chef Dorian has been so kind in every respect of the word. Every single one of his events are carefully thought out, the food is amazing, and you instantly canвЂ™t wait to attend another event. I was blessed this summer to have him come into my home and cook for my family in celebration of my birthday. Chef Dorian took my vision and made it everything and more. I have already booked him for next year and my family already canвЂ™t stop talking about when he will come back again. Do yourself a favor and hire Chef Dorian to make your event magical.

Chef Dorian was STELLAR! He worked with me one on one to plan a 5 course birthday meal with my boyfriend, themed "The Menu." He arrived early, had everything prepped and ready to go within an hour and he was entertaining and charismatic throughout the meal. NOT TO MENTION EVERYTHING WAS SO ELEVATED AND DELICIOUS. Will definitely be using Chef Dorian again!

Chef Dorian is the man! My wife planned a 8 person brunch for my birthday with a menu curated by the chef himself, and it was spectacular. Each dish on the 5 course tasting menu was well thought out to cater to things I enjoy and was delicious. He is quite gifted in the kitchen. All of his dishes were plated impeccably. His ingredients were super fresh and delicious. He also caters to various diet desires including vegetarian/vegan. Before looking any further, ask about ALL of his offerings because beyond the private cheffing, he also does grazing tables, meal prepping, packables (for a picnic/Hollywood bowl, for example) and anything culinary your heart/mind can conceive. We can NOT wait to work with him and his team again.

Chef Dorian really wowed us for our special event. From the planning to the orchestration of the meal, everything was taken care of, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The cuisine that he crafts is full of outstanding and unique flavor combinations, like his porcini - chocolate torte. So good! I highly recommend him, and will definitely call on him and his team for our next occasion!!
