Chef Mary was delightful and we had a great time. Although I wouldn't call this class knife skills as actually learning any knife skills was only a small fraction of the time. We did learn other stuff, however, that we are enthusiastic to apply to our own home cooking.

Chef Mary was amazing! Had an excellent time and learned so much about cooking with simple ingredients. Great conversation and an ability to answer any questions we could throw at her. Will be back for more courses from Chef Mary!

Chef Mary was very gracious and inclusive. She made the meal prep and cooking entertaining as well as informative. She was able to accommodate my husband's gluten-sensitivity and even sent us home with treats for the kids!

Mary was a delight to spend time with! She is definitely a fun host and made our time very enjoyable. She was accommodating and hilarious. The knife skills class left us with some good tips that we will put to use every day in the kitchen. Would love to do another one of her classes!

Class was great. The environment was relaxed and encouraging. Everyone felt encouraged and not judged. We all learned some knife skills, but other tips/ideas as well. It was fun preparing the dishes, and they were all delicious.
