Experience the ultimate surf and turf dinner at home.

Experience the flavors of both land and sea during this private chef experience. Chef Maggie has curated a menu full of surf and turf dishes for you to savor at home.

You'll start with your choice of appetizers, including corn and leek bisque, Caesar salad, or goat cheese mushroom tart. For your main surf, options include seared scallops, crab cakes, or poached lobster tails. For your main turf, choose from rib-eye steak, lamb chops, or filet mignon. Finally, finish with a delectable dessert like lemon tart, tarte tatin or chocolate cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Maggie's knowledge of global cuisines and intimate knowledge of locally grown produce and ingredients is invaluable. Formerly a cook at a yoga and wellness retreat and sous chef at a vegan restaurant, this yoga instructor and current cooking school chef instructor is passionate about vegan food, which is evident in her curated plant-based creations. Chef Maggie is excited to share her culinary knowledge and expert techniques with you in a variety of cooking classes.

We loved Chef Maggie’s vegan French cooking class. Despite having taken other cooking classes in the past, we learned new knife skills techniques and facts related to the meal from Maggie. She’s a delight to be around and we had fun cooking with her. We particularly appreciated how she set us up for success: focusing our efforts on chopping and tasting for balance, while explaining her cooking technique along the way. The meal was absolutely delicious. We are excited to make it again with her instruction in mind.

My friends and I had an amazing evening. Chef Maggie did an excellent job curating a unique dining experience. It was a great balance between learning, cooking, and socializing. She came prepared and quickly responded to questions leading up to the dinner. I would highly recommend Chef Maggie. She's awesome!
