This private chef experience showcases Middle Eastern hospitality with a bounty of shareable plates. With each aromatic dish, Chef Jackie creates a warm, comfortable ambiance for you and your guests.

From a spiced twist on the classic Caesar salad to timeless dips and spreads like creamy labneh and smoky baba ghanoush, the chef seamlessly blends modern touches into the traditional mezze spread. Savor harissa spiced chicken skewers and minted kibbeh before indulging in luscious chocolate pots de crГЁme.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Our experience with chef Jackie was nothing short of incredible! We had so much fun and truly learned so much that we can apply in our everyday cooking. She was patient with us and also really lovely to chat with as well. My boyfriend and I both agreed that it was one of the best Friday nights weвЂ™ve ever had. Jeff Jackie's event/experience largely exceeded my expectations. Not only the recipes were fabulous, she is a great teacher. We learn many basic cooking technics, such as how to properly hold a knife, ways to cut scallions, etc, etc. The food tasted amazing. Thank you so much Jackie

Chef Jackie taught a super fun and informative class! The food that we made was delicious and I really liked that she infused her Lebanese culture into the meals because they were very unique. I learned a lot of new cooking techniques that I will apply on a daily basis, and I already bought ingredients to make one of the amazing dishes she instructed. This class truly exceeded my expectations!

We very much enjoyed Chef Jackie's Lebanese cooking class. She customized the menu for us (presumably possible only because the two of us were the only students that day). She is a warm, welcoming host, and the food was tasty. Making the food was a lot of fun and we very much enjoyed the meal at the end. The recipes are good, but if you are an interested cook willing to experiment, you can find good recipes for anything on the internet. So, though our meal was delicious, what we appreciated even more was Chef Jackie's instruction in broader aspects of cooking. She will, for example, correct your knife technique, showing you the best way to hold and use a chef's knife, and giving you chances to repeat newly-learned motions. She's been a teacher for years, and it shows. We'll put the skills we learned to use in daily life. This was an excellent experience all around.
