You bring the friends and Chef Mary Ann will bring the sunshine at this private chef experience celebrating the best of Sicilian flavors. Expert Chef Mary Ann will craft a delicious five-course restaurant-worthy menu.

Begin your evening with sfincione - a Sicilian pizza bread topped with oregano, tomatoes and nutty Pecorino cheese. Later, indulge in the flavors of Italian swordfish skewers made with parsley, capers and breadcrumbs. Then, move on to the star of the menu - pasta alla Trapanese, an aromatic mix of freshly-made pasta with tomatoes, garlic, almonds, basil and mint as well as eggplant caponata on the side. Finally, round the evening off with a playful cannoli dessert featuring orange zest and chocolate.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had her cook a meal for our 1st anniversary. It was very memorable and she made my wife and I feel right at home. Her scalloped potatoes is still being talked about days after. Highly recommend!
