In this private chef experience, Chef Avery presents a sensory menu of gastronomic delights. You’ll engage your palate with dishes ranging in flavors, textures and temperatures.
Start with a savory cold appetizer inspired by Spanish cuisine - tomato basil gazpacho. From this silky soup, you’ll move on to fragrant cod with bright lemongrass broth and roasted Brussels sprouts with the deep, savory flavors of bacon and shallot. Finish the meal with crunchy churros with spiced chocolate, served hot out of the fryer.
