To begin, enjoy a seasonal amouse bouche before having a tartare di pettine, scallop crudo and Asian pears with a drizzle of lemon-verbena. Next, enjoy a creamy wild mushroom risotto topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano and black truffle cream. A savory black garlic marinated ribeye served with potato mousseline is the main course. Indulge in a berry crГЄpe cake with white chocolate-rose filling for dessert.
