This immersive private chef experience will feature vegetarian dishes filled with flavor. Chef Yosif will craft a meal that puts delicious vegetables at the forefront.

Begin the meal with portobello mushrooms stuffed with spinach, garlic and shallots. Then, craft eggplant Parmesan on top of spaghetti with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. On the side, enjoy roasted butternut squash soup made creamy with Greek yogurt and topped with toasted pumpkin seeds. Indulge in a chocolate avocado mousse topped with fresh berries and cocoa nibs to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
