You'll feel transported to Italy in this immersive private chef experience. Chef Mary Ann will craft an unforgettable meal of Umbrian delicacies. First, start with a roasted beet and goat cheese salad drizzled with a honey dijon vinaigrette. Next, enjoy a savory port tenderloin with a vibrant fig and apple relish with potatoes on the side. Refresh your palate with a fresh green salad served with rustic bread and shaved parmesan topped with olive oil. Finish the meal by satisfying your sweet tooth with decadent chocolate truffles for dessert.

After owning her own restaurant and catering facility where she also taught cooking classes, Chef Mary Ann found her passion for teaching others how to cook and thrive in their own home kitchens. Chef Mary Ann is now a full-time chef instructor in Florida teaching both savory and sweet classes ranging from croissants and macarons to homemade bread and pasta to the cuisines of Thailand, Mexico, France, Italy, and China.
