WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Enjoy a land to sea journey through French cuisine.
In this private chef experience, Chef Cedric shares a symphony of flavors inspired by 18 years of creating traditional French cuisine. Rooted in the elegance of French dining, each dish reflects the balance of rich flavors and refined techniques that have made this cuisine a global treasure.

This menu starts with homemade smoked salmon carpaccio, featuring shallots, whipped cream, fresh herbs and sourdough toast. Your main course is a savory cut of beef short ribs prepared Bourguignon-style, served alongside velvety mashed potatoes. To finish, indulge in a decadent chocolate "crémeux" dome, a luxurious blend of cocoa nibs, virgin olive oil cake, raspberry coulis and Grand Marnier.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

This was an INCREDIBLE dining experience. Chef Cedric and Samantha were amazing. Each course was both so tasty and so tastefully put together. The salad was so flavorful, the beef short rib melted in your mouth, and everything in between was so so good. Cedric also shared with us his story and his work as a chef across the world. They gave us a 5 star restaurant experience in the comfort of our own home. We highly recommend Cedric and Reiter Catering!!! Would book this again in a heartbeat. Our whole group of 12 greatly enjoyed the experience. The food was incredible and the service and care from Chef Cedric and Samanta elevated the experience even more!

Cedric was amazing! The food was incredible, every bite was delicious. There was plenty of food! Cedric accommodated us so well on any dietary request we had and what time we wanted the dinner to start. He was very chill which made for a wonderful relaxing dinner. He was professional throughout and cleaned up everything. It was a lovely experience- couldn't recommend it more!
