In this private chef experience, Chef Cedric shares a symphony of flavors inspired by 18 years of creating traditional French cuisine. This menu starts with a fresh branzino tartare with citrus emulsion, charred avocado and green apple juice. Your main course is a savory cut of beef short ribs prepared Bourguignon style and accompanied by mashed potatoes. A rustic roasted apple tarte tatin with Grand Marnier and vanilla ice cream completes this authentic menu.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Cedric was the real deal… no cut corners, fresh wonderful and inventive meal! He also has a great presence and true passion! This was such a joy I wish we could do this every night in our home.
