Start with pan-seared scallops topped with roasted red pepper relish for a flavorful appetizer. Then, savor beef tenderloin so tender it slices like butter, accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes, crab macaroni and cheese, and browned butter asparagus. What a phenomenal meal and experience with Jamila! Truly the best meal ever served in our home! The food was absolutely delicious, cooked perfectly (the short ribs melted in our mouths), and plated beautifully. We truly felt like we were swept away to a fancy restaurant in the Caribbean. I also loved her attention to detail and how she kept our kitchen spotless. I will definitely be hiring her again!
