Explore the Mexican Riviera through the refined techniques and culinary expertise of world-class Chef Jessy.

Let the cuisine of the Mexican Riviera take you on an adventure in this private chef experience. Begin with a blue corn tamale wrapped in banana leaf, then enjoy ceviche mixto featuring shrimp, squid, red onions and lime. Your main course showcases a classic pork dish infused with citrus and garlic and served with plantains. A dish similar to ice cream will be served for dessert with hibiscus and papaya.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We made gnocchi ricotta with creamy chard pesto and spring veg. Everything was seasonal. Chef Jessy is super knowledgeable, carefully explained every step including seasoning. Gave loads of extra general cooking advice.
