WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Explore the hearty flavors of a good Southern-style feast prepared by Chef Josiah.
During this private chef experience, you'll discover the magical combinations that make Texan cuisine one-of-a-kind. Chef Josiah will prepare crispy jalapeño bites with Monterey Jack cheese, and a wedge salad with creamy ranch dressing. For the main course, enjoy a juicy braised pork loin prepared with a bold Dr. Pepper glaze and paired with a variety of sides. Sink your spoon into a bread pudding for dessert with a decadent whiskey sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
