Enjoy an eclectic surf and turf menu brimming with upscale Japanese flavors.

Decadent favorites from the land and sea are on the menu in this private chef experience. First, Chef Mo will serve fresh edamame and miso soup. Next, handmade sushi at your table side with scallops, salmon, tuna and shrimp, and spinach sautГ©ed in sesame oil and topped with savory bonito shavings. You'll also enjoy tender beef teriyaki skewers, followed by matcha shortbread cookies for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

The class was very informative, she is very knowledgeable and the food was delicious. The only downside was that she was careless with the time, the class was meant to last for 3 hours and we were almost 4 hours in (11pm) and still had some stuff to cover, it was on a weekday (thursday) so both my fiance and I had to work early morning the next day, we had to let her know that it was late and we needed to go, so we had to stop and did not finish the class. She also made some imprudent comments towards me that I did not like, she was trying to be funny I guess.

Enjoyed this class and the multiple uses of Chou paste. Additionally, learned some time saving techniques as well which will prove helpful in the future.

We had an extremely delightful time with Chef Mo! She was warm, welcoming, and we learned so much about sushi and sushi-making techniques. Everything was delicious and we had so much fun!
