In this private chef experience, Chef Ozzy will prepare an Italian menu using both traditional and modern ingredients. This four-course meal blends timeless techniques with bold contemporary flavors.

Indulge in handmade tagliatelle doused with a creamy pepper and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese sauce. For your main course, enjoy rustic cacciatore chicken braised with mushrooms and peppers, served alongside creamy polenta. Chef Ozzy was the best. Showed some techniques which was cool because I love cooking. The food was top notch. cacio e pepe 10/10, steak 10/10. but his dessert stole the show somehow after all that- a strawberry sorbet (which he made from I think homegrown strawberries) and whipped cream over a homemade macaron 15/10. I didnt even think I liked macarons.

Booked the menu Modern Steakhouse with Chef Ozzy in Manhattan (Upper East Side)

My wife and I took the "modern steakhouse" cooking class with Ozzy because we were having trouble getting the desired temperature on our steaks. Ozzy came to our apartment for the class which I thought was very helpful because we got to learn in our own kitchen. Ozzy is a very experienced and accomplished chef but he was also very friendly and we loved his teaching style as it allowed us to watch him and then replicate for ourselves. I’ve cooked steak 3 times since and I have been able to cook the steak at medium rare consistently. We are very grateful that we took this lesson and would recommend Chef Ozzy to anyone that wants to learn about cooking.
