Chef Lorenzo blends classic Italian and French cooking into a robust fusion menu in this private chef experience. To start, the chef prepares tender beef tartare on a savory Parmesan shell. Next, enjoy homemade square spaghetti in a rich, meaty yellow amatriciana sauce. Then, iconic dishes from Italy and France combine in Chef Lorenzo's twist on traditional ratatouille. Finish the meal with chocolate and coconut-infused tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Excellent food and quick prep time. An all-around great experience for a unique birthday dinner. Chef Lorenzo even let my nephew "help" with the prep a little and have some fun in the kitchen!

Request dateChef Lorenzo began cooking at the age of 13 in his home country of Italy, and his grandmothers helped greatly with his home kitchen education. After finishing culinary school, he headed to Australia to expand his skills as chef de partie and sous chef. From there, he moved to America, where he became head chef at eateries in Miami and the Bay Area. But Chef Lorenzo's true passion is teaching others about the real Italian kitchen!
