This vegetable-focused private chef experience features Italian classics full of authentic flavor, and fresh and iconic ingredients. Begin with garlicky herb and tomato bruschetta with feta, and a crisp salad of arugula contrasted with crunchy roasted pecans and sweet raspberry dressing. Then, savor vegetarian oyster mushroom scallops served with colorful fresh greens sautГ©ed to the perfect texture. For dessert, chocolate mousse sprinkled with earthy pistachios.

Chef Nedra provided an incredible meal for my wife and I as a date night/belated birthday gift. The crab cakes were phenomenal, risotto and salmon were perfect, and the crepes delicious. Highly recommended.
