WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
These thoughtfully prepared selections add a gourmet twist to familiar Asian favorites.
Chef Darnell adds his own creative touches to the Asian dishes in this private chef experience. Experience a thoughtfully curated and carefully crafted selection of authentic Asian dishes with a modern twist.
You'll start with a ginger-mint lemongrass broth, a light and refreshing take on wonton soup. Then, the chef will serve miso-poached sea bass topped with wasabi pea puree for a seafood entrée with a warming kick. Enjoy perfectly crispy soba noodles on the side, before indulging in candied sweet potatoes with green tea ice cream for dessert.

Chef Darnell created an unforgettable experience for my husband’s birthday celebration. The interactive elements of the cooking class was fun and educational, and he explained very well each step l, including any prep he had done beforehand. The meal was excellent as well - very tasty, with beautiful presentation. This was a fun and different way to do a small dinner party, and we will definitely recommend this experience to anyone interested in learning a little while also enjoying an excellent meal.
