Let Chef Greg treat you to a home-cooked meal reminiscent of the kind your grandmother used to make during this American-cuisine private chef experience. The evening will begin with cheesy, beef-stuffed peppers, as well as another favorite light bite: Cherry tomato and mozzarella salad drizzled in fresh basil aioli. Next, you'll enjoy a creamy chicken pot pie featuring an extra touch of elegance, rosemary, before finally ending with the iconic American dessert that is the baked apple crumble, doused with custard for an added touch.

What's included
Growing up, Chef Greg fell in love with his mother’s great cooking and quickly began pursuing his own culinary career. After culinary school, he spent the next 25 years working in restaurants all across the world, including a stint at the prestigious Le Bel Age hotel in Hollywood. He’s amassed an expansive knowledge of cooking fundamentals, including chemistry and knife skills, and specializes in Italian and Mediterranean food.
