Chef Maggie surprises and delights with stunning dishes featuring a variety of distinct tastes and textures. Begin with the “Forest Floor,†designed to highlight rich, earthy flavors. “The Onion†showcases preparation and cooking techniques that add a twist to familiar ingredients. Next, indulge in a luxurious dish the chef calls “Truffle Hunting,†followed by an herbal palate cleanser. This visionary meal ends with the “Forager’s Tisane" with locally foraged berries laced with black cocoa and delicate florals.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

What's included
A caterer, instructor and private chef, Chef Maggie has found herself continuing her culinary journey in Denver. After living in Spain, Chef Maggie developed a deep passion for food. She completed the American Culinary Federation Chef Apprenticeship program and has since focused on building her toolbox of culinary skills. Now, Chef Maggie offers her unique and culturally inspired skill set in cooking classes that awaken the senses with comfortable menus that also evoke curiosity and surprise.
