What You’ll Do

Get a taste of upscale French fare with dishes created from traditional French recipes.

In this private chef experience, Chef Alexandra will prepare classic French dishes to give you an authentic taste of the fine food of France. You'll begin with a light salad of either mixed market greens or a Niçoise salad with seared tuna, followed by your choice of classic onion soup or the decadent scallops à la Coquilles Saint-Jacques. For the main course, try either the brown-butter trout or the tender duck breast with fig chutney. Then for dessert, you'll enjoy either a decadent chocolate mousse or a classic apple tart tatin.

After graduating from culinary school in Europe, Chef Alexandra moved to England where she spent two years working at upscale establishments, including three different three-star Michelin restaurants. She then spent years working in various European countries before coming to the U.S. where she would work under one of the most famous chefs in the nation, help manage catering events for 3,500 guests and even start a private chef business. After all her travels and years of upscale dining experience, she is eager to share her knowledge.

I cannot recommend enough! I hired her to prepare a dinner for a group of four for my sister-law’s bachelorette party. The food was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly. My entire communication was fantastic from day 1. Alex was timely, extremely response and was willing to work within my group’s budget. Most importantly, they were incredibly considerate of two food allergies in our group and took them seriously when preparing and plating our courses. I really appreciated this because no everyone takes such care and caution around allergies. Alex also left the kitchen cleaner than she found it - truly amazing! She'll will prepare a phenomenal meal for your group and do so at a reasonable price. Thank you so much!

What a great experience! Can not say enough about the food!! We had a party of 22 - two days for brunch. Every detail was perfect!! Also had some platters made up for snacks later in the day. Everything was delicious.

Alex was absolutely phenomenal. The food was delicious, one of the best meals I’ve had in a really long time. Alex was very nice to work with, clean, quick and professional. She prepared a meal for 15 hungry guys (many of whom believe they are foodies) and impressed everyone with the unique spin she put on classic dishes. I can’t wait to use her again the next time I’m in the Miami area. She explained each course before serving and when she left everyone was happy, full, and the kitchen was spotless.
