What You’ll Do

Savor the warming seasonal flavors of winter with this bountiful feast.

In this private chef experience, you'll enjoy a gourmet meal prepared by Chef Jenn using fresh produce that flourishes in the winter season. Begin with a panzanella salad peppered with beets, candied kumquat and citrus, and a sweet potato bisque. Then, sink your fork into crispy romanesco and cauliflower with Parmesan and lemon, and stuffed dumpling squash with bГ©chamel before ending with strawberry pavlova.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Jenn was fantastic. We had lots of fun. Chef Jenn shared some helpful advice and information and she was easy to learn from. She was down to earth and engaging. The dumplings were delicious and the salad and sorbet were also very tasty. We would definitely take another class from her.
