WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Enjoy a four-course meal that combines the flavors and ingredients of Asia and Europe.
This private chef experience with Chef Dirk will take you on a journey across the globe as you enjoy four courses of fusion fare. To begin, Chef Dirk will prepare a noodle dish that takes inspiration from both Italy and China. Next, enjoy bolognese with Chinese eggplant a sweet and savory dish of mango and beef or pork. Your main course will be chicken prepared in either a Filipino or Japanese style. For dessert, Chef Dirk will prepare caramelized Asian fruits with ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We did the cozymeal cooking class (Asian fusion) as part of our team building activity. It was very fun and interactive. We learned so much about the different dishes, Chef Dirk and his assistant, Max, were also very friendly and funny! They had fun giveaways as well. The food was delicious. We were a group of 14 and it was just a new and refreshing way to have dinner with your colleagues apart from the traditional business meal dinner. highly recommend. They provide aprons for you but we brough our own company branded aprons.
