In this signature culinary experience, Chef Francesca draws inspiration from her Sardinian roots to bring a Michelin-star quality seafood feast to your table. Chef Francesca's five-course menu is a treasure trove of delicate flavors found on the bejeweled Mediterranean island that includes seafood delicacies such as sweet and tender scallop crudo, divine salmon roe caviar, salty smoked salmon and so much more. Enjoy handmade pasta and top the evening off with a decadent pistachio mousse for an all-around incredible dining experience.
