This Mediterranean meal promises to be nothing short of a feast for all the senses.
In this private chef experience, Chef Francesca will prepare for you an ethereal meal starring an entrée of succulent salmon swimming in a parade of flavors reminiscent of the Mediterranean coast. You will also enjoy fresh and light grilled zucchini rolls with tuna, herbed crostini and a tiny hint of smoky char, as well as a perfectly balanced arugula salad peppered with the bright flavors of sun-dried tomatoes, lemon and thyme.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
