If you've ever dreamed of preparing your own European pastries, this online cooking class covering the classic cream puff is your golden opportunity. Chef Jennifer and team have arranged a lesson that lets you test your talents for refined bakes. Create an authentic puff pastry dough and turn it into tender shells, then fill them with rich pastry cream and top them with decadent ganache.

About This Experience

1/2 cup (3 ounces) bittersweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate pieces
15 tablespoons (about 1 ½ sticks) unsalted butter
1 dozen eggs
2 cups whole milk
½ cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons cornstarch
