Online Cooking Class - Spaghetti Puttanesca and Lava Cakes

What You’ll Do

Create classic Roman dishes with an Italian chef located in the heart of Rome.

In this online cooking class, join Chef Andrea from his Italian kitchen in the heart of Rome to prepare two classic Roman dishes. Begin by layering the flavors of anchovies, Kalamata olives, capers and garlic into a red sauce to create spaghetti puttanesca. Then, if you so desire, pour yourself a glass of frascati — the wine produced in the region for almost 2,000 years — as you make rich lava cakes for dessert.

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

My husband and I had a wonderful afternoon and the time flew! Virtual assistant Forest was charming and made the entire process seamless. Chef Vasia invited us into her home kitchen and shared her grandmother's recipes. Our meal was delicious and I will use those recipes often. This was our first ... class but it won't be our last.
