Online Cooking Class - Mexico City Street Tacos

We've done a lot of in person cooking classes around the world, but this was our first virtual class. My wife and I were blown away, great format, very natural and will 100% be returning for another class. Chef Saul and Amanda were great, highly recommend the Argentina's Culinary Secrets Class!

I have taken several virtual cooking classes since the beginning of the pandemic. This was the best! The food was delicious and the class well paced. I especially appreciated having the break rooms so that we could share dinner with family and friends.

Chef Karen Duncan was fabulous. It was great to hear about the history of Cajun and Creole cooking and she did a very thorough job leading the class and explaining why certain techniques are used. We can’t wait to visit her school in person in New Orleans! RJ, the virtual assistant was friendly, helpful and kept us all in line and on task.

I had bought this class for all of my nieces and nephews. There were 10 of us altogether and everyone loved it and shared on Facebook already!!!

This was such a fun event to do with my team! We are located all around the US and to feel like we were cooking together in 1 kitchen was pretty special. We did the street tacos with Chef Lorena and it was absolute perfection. Not to mention, the most delicious tacos I've had!

Costa Rica was my second class, both times taking advantage of the breakout rooms during break and for dinner. It’s a format that has been great during the pandemic but will also work for friends and family far away even after the pandemic.

The Lomo Saltado class was a lot of fun!! Great way to learn to cook something new. We agreed we would definitely do another cooking class. The food was excellent and we will definitely be cooking this meal again!
