Chef Stacy shows you how to bring together a selection of Asian favorites in this online cooking class. Begin by making a homemade ramen noodle soup peppered with fresh vegetables and shiitake mushrooms. You'll also prepare a batch of restaurant-quality egg rolls filled with pork, chicken or tofu, as well as cabbage, carrots, garlic and onions, plus a sweet and sour sauce that's perfect for dipping.

Prep Work Details

Wash hands and sanitize all work surfaces. Rinse all produce and herbs then pat dry. Gather all needed recipes, supplies, equipment, ingredients and serving ware. Chop/cut/slice all vegetables according to recipe instructions.

Chef Stacy was very engaging; she went slow enough to make following along easy but fast enough to keep things moving. I love that she gave tips along the way for personal modifications ( meats, spices,etc). Great class and highly recommended!
