During this live and interactive cooking class with Chef Tracy, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet three-course meal using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Italian cooking techniques. Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering include baked spaghetti squash dressed up with an Italian herb blend and a showering of Parmesan, a hearty (and heart-healthy) mushroom Bolognese, sautГ©ed Brussels sprouts and a baked stuffed apple dessert with homemade fruit glacГ©.

Chef Tracy is an epicurean and former athlete with a passion for healthy, wholesome recipes. She's worked as both a culinary and pastry chef, which helped her launch a health food dessert company in 2008. She's taught hands-on cooking and nutrition courses for conferences and major companies, including two large grocery store brands. Chef Tracy has also written books and articles that share her recipes and nutrition knowledge.

Tracy was great. General feedback from all - great class, much run, everyone loves Tracy. it was long and late for many so ... next time consider an appetizer first so we can much while the rest cooks. Also some ambivalence regarding how much prep was needed - some spent a couple of hours prepping and then we have time to do it in the class so perhaps clarify that some next time. I anticipate another healthy cooking class request sometime between Jan and Mar but more to come on that. Well done - food was great!
