What a great experience, we learned so much and love the food we cooked (and ate)! Will definitely have another class with Chef Tracy and try others from Cozymeal.

This was my second class with Chef Tracy and she did not disappoint! I was impressed with her knowledge of different cuisines. I reached out to her ahead of class and she was able to provide me with a substitute for peanut butter as my child is allergic to all nuts. The food tasted great, even the dish with the black eyed peas, which I never eat.

Excellent class. I took it through my work as part of a team activity for a mostly remote team. It was perfect. We all had a lot of fun and even though the recipe was fairly complex the pace and style of the class made it easy to follow and my gumbo came out great.
