Learn how to build a gourmet charcuterie board that will impress and amaze anyone.

During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Rishika, you will learn how to build a gourmet and visually stunning charcuterie board featuring a bounty of fresh, high-quality ingredients, and a variety of textures and flavor profiles. Chef Rishika will also show you how to prepare a sour cream caramelized onion dip full of zing and depth as well as a homemade zhoug sauce to pair with garlic bread and wafers.

The class was good. The chef was running late and seemed rushed when making the dips. I had to interrupt the class to ask several times what the measurements were.
