Get ready to honor seasonal ingredients and savor the flavors of Italy with Chef Chris.

During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Chris, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet Italian menu made using fresh, high-quality, seasonal ingredients. Chef Chris will begin the class by teaching you everything you need to know to make a luscious pumpkin lasagna completely from scratch. Then, you will master a decadent seasonal Italian dark chocolate and hazelnut cake with pears for dessert.

After discovering his passion for cooking as an Italian language instructor at UC Berkeley, Chef Chris went on to be the co-founder of a culinary event business, specializing in regional Italian cooking, and then worked as a chef teaching cooking classes for corporate groups, cultivating a 5-star rating. Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.

What a delightful afternoon with Chef Chris! I LOVE making handmade pasta and the butternut lasagna looks amazing!! I am excited to try the flourless chocolate pear cake too. He communicates very well and is a talented presenter. Chef Chris offers many modifications. I enjoy all the tips he offers as well. These are recipes I will make again and again!
