Since we’re not traveling to see my parents for the holidays, I decided to coordinate a series of fun activities for them (some with my partner and me, some on their own). Empanada class with Chef Daniel was our first activity, and our first time cooking Argentinian cuisine. We loved it! Chef Daniel was friendly, gave instruction at a comfortable pace, and welcomed questions. It was a cool experience to take a cooking class in our own kitchen, (virtually) alongside folks in their kitchens all over the U.S. and even overseas.

The food was simply phenomenal! Truly a pleasure. Chef Daniel did have a tendency to fly through some of the instructions but had no problem circling back to catch you back up. Can’t wait to make these again!
