Virtually join Chef Shailini and learn the secrets to perfecting puff pastries from scratch.
In this live and interactive online cooking class, Chef Shailini will help you master baking techniques to create buttery puff pastries. From savory to sweet, Chef Shailini will begin with a caramelized shallot and goat cheese tart, and classic apple turnovers dripping with vanilla sugar icing. Then, you'll learn how to make flaky phyllo shells with creamy brie and raspberry jam and sprinkled with walnuts.

My Girlfriend and I went to our first Cozy meal class with Chef Shailini and had a fabulous time. Shailini is an expert chef who pays great attention to detail, provides numerous tips along the way, involves her students, and is able to cook 5 dishes simultaneously. The meals were practical for us to make ourselves which we now plan on, and the atmosphere was very casual and warm with some good laughs a long the way. The interaction between the different groups attending was friendly and we all sat and ate together with a lively coversation going. We highly recommend this class!

The "Authentic Nepalese Cuisine" class with Chef Shailini was absolutely amazing. Not only was the food excellent, but Chef Shailini was an incredible host who really made us feel at home in her home while we were there. We shared stories about our lives and travels as we cooked, and heard all about Chef Shailini's experiences traveling, teaching, and cooking. It really felt like gathering around the kitchen and table with a friend we hadn't seen in a while. We learned so much about Nepalese cuisine and cooking, and Chef Shailini was sensitive and accommodating to our allergen information. It bears repeating that the food was fantastic, and we got to cook and eat a wide variety of dishes that all came together beautifully. I would wholeheartedly recommend this class!

Chef Shailini hosted a very unique dinner party-style cooking class, where everyone prepped the ingredients and cooked the meals together. Her personality is welcoming and she engaged in meaningful conversations with the entire group throughout the night. As a vegetarian, I'm always nervous to take group cooking classes, but Chef Shailini was accommodating to my dietary needs, as well as others in the group. We cooked some absolutely wonderful dishes including chicken coconut soup, pad Thai, and mango sticky rice for dessert. Chef Shailini was a great host and teacher, also fostering an environment that felt comfortable and welcoming as we all got to know each other and traded stories while learning to cook Thai dishes. I was very happy with the experience and definitely recommend it to others who enjoy good food and cooking. This was the second class my girlfriend and I have taken with chef Shailini, and it 100% wonâ€t be the last. The food is absolutely amazing, and it’s a wonderful hands on experience. The recipes are wonderful and relatively easy to replicate at home, but despite the great food, that’s not the best part. Chef Shailini is an amazing host and phenomenal teacher who brings amazing energy and passion to her craft. She has amazing stories to share and creates a wonderful environment for all her guests. In our two classes we’ve met some amazing people and have felt beyond welcome. If anyone asks me for a cooking class recommendation, there is one place I’d send them, and that would be to whatever brilliant food Chef Shailini is cooking.

We loved this class!!! Shailini was an amazing host- sending us wine recommendations, telling great stories, and sharing her kitchen with us. The food was DELICIOUS and Shailini sent us the recipes along with suggested brands for different ingredients and where to get them. She also shared really helpful tips that I'll incorporate into my cooking. We loved talking with Shailini and the other couple, it was such a great opportunity to connect with people over a shared meal and I would absolutely do it over again.

What a special evening with Chef Shailini at the helm! We made seven Indian dishes, and Shailini had kindly prepared fresh paneer in advance as a substitute for the chicken in the tikka masala to accommodate a vegetarian diet. Surprise highlights I'm planning to incorporate into my daily cooking were the coriander coconut chutney and the salad chopped up with peanuts and fresh coriander. Chef Shailini warmly welcomes you into her home. She does a beautiful job of setting the scene for an intimate meal preparation and cozy dinner. We enjoyed her gentle style of instruction and her knowledge of the food and the culture is extensive. The class (Thai Cooking) was fabulous. We learned techniques and how to shop for this meal and then got to sit down and eat with the group. For Christmas, my sister and I got my dad the Indian food cooking class with Chef Shailini. We had a fantastic time, learning to cook with the chef in a relaxed and fun setting at her home. Over the course of a few hours, we prepped and cooked seven dishes: a coconut chutney snack, a gobi aloo matar, a chicken tikka masala, a saffron pulao rice dish, a cucumber yogurt relish, a light refreshing salad, and a rice pudding dessert. Along the way, Chef Shailini gave us lessons about the food -- both cooking techniques as well as history about the dishes. Everything was absolutely delicious, and we left full, contented, and with all the recipes, so we can make them again on our own.

Chef Shailini's Nepali cooking class was wonderful! i took the class with my wife and my sister and we all loved the class and the food! Shailini was gracious and friendly, providing not only recipes, but thorough explanations of how and when to do things, including the order in which to make the dishes (7 in this class!), when to add spices and other ingredients, etc. Everything was delicious, and Shailini was kind enough to accommodate a special dietary need for us. She encourages attendees to participate as much or as little in the cooking process as they feel comfortable with. In short, excellent experience and great value for the money! This was my first-ever cooking class. I’m not someone who typically enjoys cooking, but since my wife is away long-term caring for her mother, I decided to give it a try. The in-person format really depends on the host—and Chef Shailini exceeded expectations. She warmly welcomed us into her home, creating a unique and personal atmosphere that made the entire experience special. There were six participants in total. Chef Shailini made us all feel at ease, encouraging a relaxed and friendly environment. She provided clear, step-by-step instructions for each of the main dishes, and her passion, energy, and deep knowledge of Thai cuisine made the class both educational and enjoyable. By the end of the session, I felt confident that I could prepare a full Thai meal for my wife when she returns. We could not have asked for a better experience for our very first cooking class. We were invited to Chef Shailini’s home for the evening and were supposed to have another couple joining us for the course. However, a last minute cancellation meant we had a private course just for us. We were delighted to be at Chef Shailini’s beautiful home and had a wonderful time. She was a phenomenal instructor and took us through her menu step by step. She was able to pack 6 meals in 3 hours, which flew by quickly. The food was delicious and the company was phenomenal. We would highly recommend this course to everyone and we are excited to try out her other classes!

She shared cooking tips, ingredient advice, and wonderful stories from her life. The class ran longer than scheduled (with a heads-up), but no one wanted to leave. We left full, happy, and inspired. My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful evening. Chef Shalini is a warm host who was well prepared to teach us about Thai Cuisine. We made 6 dishes including my favorite Cashew Chicken. The four hours went by so fast and we enjoyed the wonderful meal in her beautiful dining room. the evening ended with Sticky rice mango dessert. I would recommend for a mother/daughter evening or for groups.

Fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and we had a great time learning alongside the six other students. Chef Shailini’s teaching style is engaging and fun, making the whole evening enjoyable. One piece of advice: the class does run longer than scheduled, and you’ll be eating later in the evening than expected, so plan accordingly. That said, it’s absolutely worth the wait! We’re excited to try making Moussaka at home. Highly recommend this class for food lovers and aspiring cooks!

I very much enjoyed Shailini’s cooking class! She created such a warm and inviting atmosphere, sharing delightful and funny stories throughout the session. We made a variety of dishes, but the class was so engaging and well-organized that it never felt overwhelming. The experience balanced cooking, learning, snacking, and chatting perfectly. Our evening with Shailini was terrific. We were a part of a 5 person class on desserts. Shailini made everyone feel comfortable and included in her kitchen and dining room. We could have as much hands on participation as we wanted. We created and ate 3 quite delicious desserts over 3+ hours. It was quite enjoyable and interesting. Chef Shailini was energetic and engaging! She kept the group involved in the cooking and was very willing to answer any and all questions. As a group we split up and shared all the tasks and duties, so it was a great group event and nice to meet new people. As my first cooking class, I loved it! In terms of what I'd do differently, next time I think there would ideally be a few fewer people so that we were all more involved throughout the session and spent less time waiting for another task. This was also complicated by the fact that now knowing the people in the group you didn't want to too eagerly volunteer for a task because that might mean taking an opportunity away from someone else. Thus, I think perhaps 4-6 people instead of 8 people would be ideal for this class. Thank you, Chef Shailini! I can't wait to recreate what I learned in your class at home! MOMOS HERE I COME!

Chef Shailini led a super fun and engaging cooking experience, teaching us how to make 7 different traditional Nepalese dishes. It was surprising how most of the dishes could be made with very accessible ingredients, and my girlfriend and I left really excited and motivated to try making them ourselves. The highlight for us was making Momos, the Nepalese traditional dumpling (which we actually learned was stolen from a chinese recipe and integrated into the Nepalese culture as one of the country's most popular dishes). The experience was fun, funny, and educational, and would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks again!!

An unbelievable experience! Highly recommend to all. A great date night. The food is amazing, and Shailini even provided us tupperware to take home leftovers (the food made a great lunch the next day at work too.) Amazing course. We had a mix bag of guests attend with families, date night couples, and solo adventurers and the course was perfect for all. Chef Shailini brings delicious recipes and takes the time to explain/demonstrate each step of the baking process to continuously engage the crowd. On top of that, Chef Shailini creates a warm, familial environment in which we all sat around her own dining room table, ate the delicious food we made, and shared stories as a group. I had the pleasure of meeting and cooking with Chef Shailini. The menu and suggestions for drink were sent ahead of time. Chef Shailini took us step by step on how to make the dishes and introduced the class to the aromatic South Asian spices-- most importantly she suggested where and what brands to buy for the best result. For myself with Middle Eastern background , some of the aroma and the similarities of the dishes brought back sweet childhood memories of my mother land. The menu was chuck full of delicious food. The richness and variety of food was a treat for the senses. Cheft Shailini told many good stories about the ingredients, the food and the culture which further enhanced the experience. After satisfying the palate with food and desert, we ended the night with Indian dance that Chef Shailini led. Thank you Chef Shailini, I enjoyed this experience and highly recommend it to others.

Last year for my birthday, my partner surprised me with a remarkable private baking class, expertly conducted by Chef Shailini. From the get-go, Chef Shailini's warmth and expertise in baking shone through. Her kitchen, where the class was held, was a notable highlight – spacious, beautifully decorated, and exuding a cozy ambiance that made us feel instantly at ease. The process of arranging a private session for just the two of us was seamless, thanks to Shailini's fairness and flexibility in negotiating the price. Her approach was hands-on, guiding us through the steps of baking while also allowing us to have our moments of discovery and creativity. Both me and my partner are beginners in cooking and we were both able to follow through all the steps and she was also willing to help by doing the harder or trickier steps or answer questions along the way. We baked three mouth-watering dishes: a classic French apple tart, adorable mini cheesecakes, and a decadent chocolate cake that was simply out of this world. Each recipe was expertly taught, ensuring that we understood every step of the process. Shailini's tips and tricks were invaluable, clearly coming from a place of deep knowledge and experience. A delightful surprise was the break in the middle of the class, where we were treated to the most flavorful beet hummus I've ever had. Chef Shailini’s Nepali cooking class was a truly memorable, informative and fun experience! I got this class as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend who loves Nepali food, and Chef Shailini’s class delivered on all fronts. We loved learning about authentic Nepali cuisine cooking techniques. All the food was delicious and making momos (Nepali dumplings) from scratch stood out as one of the highlights of the class. Chef Shailini’s warm, inquisitive energy made you feel immediately welcomed into her kitchen and kept you laughing throughout the class as she shared her many cooking and teaching stories. I also appreciated how accommodating Chef Shailini was of our dietary restrictions. My boyfriend is vegetarian, and Chef Shailini pre-prepared a delicious vegetarian momo filling and mushroom salad alternative to the chicken salad. Finally, Chef Shailini’s hospitality was unmatched. She set her dining table for us using her fine dishes, flatware, and napkins, and offered plenty of leftovers to send us home with. My husband and I had a wonderful time cooking with Chef Shailini she was so warm and accommodating. We cooked 7 different dishes chutney, chicken tikka masala, raita, veg dish, salad and rice pudding. The ingredients are all very fresh. We didn’t feel like we’re chopping and cooking for hours because we are all having a good laugh with the other couple in our cooking class. Chef Shailini also shared some stories about India. When the dishes are all cooked she set up the table beautifully complete with candles and we enjoyed all the yummy food that we prepared and cooked and enjoyed a nice bottle of wine. Chef Shailini was personable and dynamic — always quick with a joke or a funny anecdote, and very flexible and understanding. The class itself was a good balance between fun, educational, and productive. You could step up as much or as little as you wanted to in the kitchen. The small class size allowed us to get to know Chef Shailini and the other couple who attended. I took Chef Shailini's class with my 18 yr old daughter who has a deep interest in baking. We were lucky that day to have a small class of just 3 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience from the time we walked into her home to the time we walked out feeling our stomachs full of delicious desserts baked. She was very detailed in her approach explaining each step and providing lots of tips along the way. We felt so confident after making the cheesecake that my daughter and I decided on the spot that we were going to use that recipe to create mini-cheesecakes for the graduation party! That is how easy she made everything look and work. Lots of great conversation kept us busy during the three-hour conversation. Her stories are very inspiring. Highly recommend her class. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening with Chef Shailini. She is personable, energetic, welcoming and fun! Cuisine was delicious and atmosphere with 3 other couples nicely social. We each participated in preparing the ingredients as she described what we were making, and offered fun commentary. While we expected to do more actually cooking its hard to get 8 people deeply involved. Our sit-down meal was wonderful, even followed by a brief Indian dance! Highly recommended.

Chef Shailini entertained the group the entire night with amazing stories of her career and traditions from India and Nepal. She taught a 7-course meal while making it look easy! It felt special as we were happily welcomed into her home and enjoyed the cozy setting. We baked 3 things, the French Apple Almond Tart, Maple Pecan Tart, and the Flourless Chocolate Cake. Each dessert was amazing and she was so informative and patient during the process. While the desserts were in the oven or resting on the counter, we took a short break to enjoy a glass of wine and some snacks she prepared for us. When everything was finished Shailini set us up in the dining room to taste all the desserts. We enjoyed it over some candlelight and more wine! Each dessert came out beautifully and tasted so good! The class far exceeded our expectations and Chef Shailini went above and beyond to make it fun and make us feel comfortable. We can’t thank her enough and we plan on signing up for another one of her classes in the future. She is so knowledgeable and skilled. It was a class to remember! We will definitely remake the desserts too!

What a delightful experience! In addition to Chef Shalini's warm personality, easy-going charm, and homey hospitality, here is what I liked in particular: 1. The menu was "as advertised" - restaurant favorites. Nothing too complicated, things I could serve my friends and family who have not been to India/Nepal with assurance they would enjoy them. 2. Her kitchen (no "I could never afford that even if I knew where to find it" specialized appliances, cookware, utensils, etc.), preparation ("Gosh, I guess it is OK if I buy my spices in bulk and keep them in Barilla pasta sauce jars, I feel better already"), and technique ("Give this a taste - should it have a little more chili? Hmmm, let's add a few more raisins") encouraged me to believe I could actually duplicate these recipes at home in my own kitchen. 3. Her "aside" instructions ("You can use the stems of cilantro, you don't have to discard them like you do with flat parsley", "It's perfectly OK to use mustard oil in your cooking, we've been doing it for a thousand years") were interesting and informative. 4, The pacing was nice - there was a steady pace, little breaks during which you could sit and enjoy your wine, peer into the pots if you wanted to, give something a stir, etc., no pressure to hurry, no linger around thinking "Really? Isn't it time to eat?" Practically perfect! Thank you, Chef Shalini!

 Wanting to learn how to cook something new, the Cozymeal web site had options to view.
 I thought I would try some Cuisine Nepalese.
 Signing up for the class was really a breeze.
 From Chef Shailini I received a quick note.
 Class will be “fun, healthy, and delicious†she wrote.
 Armed with our appetites and proof of vaccines.
 We looked forward to momos and sautéed mustard greens.
 We pealed and we chopped, added spices and learned 
about saffron and cardamom and how not to burn
 the Lentil Daal and Chicken Choila, we ate. 
 When they were done they tasted so great. Our teacher Shailini at the end of the night 
had taught us so much. She is a delight!

My husband and I and our 2 adult children had lots of fun participating in this cooking class. We all enjoy cooking and trying to make all sorts of cuisines at home, but not all of our cooking experiments are 100% successful. It was a treat to have an expert show us the ropes and Chef Shailini gave us lots of helpful and practical tips. The food was delicious and we also enjoyed the company of our fellow classmates. It was great fun and certainly worth doing again.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class with Shailini on Feb 12, 2022. We learnt a lot from the explanations that Shailini provided about cooking in general and with the focus on Indian cooking. We also appreciated her explaining the intricacies of various ingredients coupled with guidance on what particular brand/types to get from grocery stores. For example she explained that crushed tomatoes in cardboard style boxes are better than canned ones and are readily available in grocery stores. Various other tips on Indian cooking (e.g. rice preparation, pre-cooking, etc.) are too numerous to list here. The dishes we cooked during the class were absolutely delicious! We also immensely enjoyed the company of the other participants with whom we had very interesting and stimulating conversations, not to mention the humor that accompanied light hearted discussions on various aspects of food cultures.

Chef Shailini is a fabulous person and a wonderful host! She shares hilarious anecdotes while teaching a very comprehensive baking class. We learned how to make a French apple tart, a maple pecan tart, and the most decadent chocolate cake I have ever had. While prepping the recipes, she would share little tips and tricks she's learned over the years - which chocolate is best or the easiest way to separate the yolk and whites. She created a very comfortable atmosphere for a group of absolute beginners who might've been a little kitchen shy :) I had a wonderful time and would recommend this to anyone who enjoys good conversation, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Chef Shailini made for a fun experience in her healthy Greek cuisine cooking class. We had technical issues with an oven not working, which led to some delay in finishing our meals. While the food turned out fantastic, I wish that I could have more about why we use certain ingredients or why we prepare the dish in this order or why it needs to bake for this long, stuff like that. Otherwise, Chef Shailini is an entertaining host with plenty of stories to keep the conversation going all night. Thank you for the enjoyable experience!

This cooking class was SO MUCH FUN! Chef Shailini is very warm, welcoming, organized, a wonderful chef, a great teacher and very generous. Four of us celebrated a friend's Birthday by taking this Authentic Nepalese cooking class. It was an interactive, hands-on class that was very informative. We made the momos first and ate them while we cooked the other dishes. At the end we all sat together and ate what we made. It was such a wonderful experience. Chef supplied us with top quality organic ingredients and instruction. She also gave us recipes for all of the dishes that we made. We just made the momos at home this weekend and we were able to follow her recipe and apply what we learned perfectly. We would highly recommend this class. It is great for date night, a group of friends, or even if you want to attend alone and meet new people. There was a total of eight (including us) in our class and it was perfect. All of the other attendees were fun and we all got along great and had a lot of laughs. Chef Shailini made everyone feel welcome and at ease. This class is for anyone, even if you have never cooked a thing in your life, to the most advanced cook. She engaged everyone perfectly! I can't say enough great things about her or this class. It was awesome and we definitely got above and beyond what we paid for!! I see that Chef Shailini offers other classes with different things on the menu. I think that any of her classes would be an equally perfect experience.

Shailini (Miss S!) is such an excellent chef and warm and welcoming presence! Learning to cook with her was a delightful way to spend a winter Saturday evening. She is overwhelmingly talented and brings a great energy to the kitchen -- we prepared (help prepare) no less than 5 things, including deviled eggs, a savory ham and cheese palmier, spanakopita with spinach and feta and onions, a fried coconut chicken with bell pepper dip, and an eggplant tapenade type dip with crusty bread (I forget what it's called). We also prepared a fizzy drink to help it all go down. I really appreciated the diversity of appetizers -- vegetarian vs. non-, heavy vs. light, representing all sorts of cultures. Miss S was also very forthcoming in sharing her own culinary experience, from growing up in Nepal to her first experience with capers in France, etc. Highly recommend her class -- we're looking forward to coming back for her Nepalese cooking class sometime soon!

Chef Sailini provided a genuinely warm, inviting, energy-filled evening. We felt we were being invited into her home: she took a real interest in each of us, while she flew around the kitchen guiding our preparation of no less than six dishes, interspersing her advice with stories of travel, cultural customs, and her inside knowledge of Nepalese cooking. We prepared everything from classic Momos to an exquisitely sweet yoghurt dessert—and the session (which actually ran to over 3 hours) flew by. Highly recommended.

My husband and I spent a wonderful afternoon learning the secrets to cooking a delicious Mediterranean meal with Chef Shailini. She welcomed us into her home and entertained the two of us with interesting stories about her life and past experiences as a chef - all while helping us enjoy cooking, which typically is a chore in our household! I would highly recommend Chef Shailini, her classes are perfect for a date night or outing with a group of friends!

Chef Shailini hosted a wonderful class, for my friends and me. She taught us cooking secrets along the way, while helping us make five unique appetizers that were better than we would get in a restaurant. Her home was lovely and inviting, allowing our group to catch up and chat throughout the whole class. She was extra attentive to our groups' unique needs for food allergies as well, going above and beyond our expectations. Chef Shailini started class by asking us about ourselves, and really getting to know us. Through the meal, she shared her own story, and asked more about us, making us feel extremely welcome. This was no ordinary cooking class, it was a wonderful evening and we will definitely be coming back!

Great experience! The menu was varied and plentiful so we were able to learn different techniques and how to build flavor in different recipes. Chef S has a lot of professional culinary teaching experiences and that translated to our event. I had a lot of fun, while also learning more about a culture!

Chef Shailini had a very ambitious evening planned, but her organization and expertise guided us through many delicious and beautifully presented dishes! It started with freshly-steamed hand-made momos (Nepali dumplings) and ended with a dessert of creamy yogurt with mango and spices. She was a gracious, energetic host and made the three hours fly by. I would love to cook with her again, and would highly recommend her class to anyone!

Chef Shailini did an outstanding job of teaching us how to make several delicious appetizers. She made sure each student got hands on experience. She made the class so warm and inviting. Chef Shailini, was fantastic! At once welcoming and warm we were put at ease immediately. She was very orgainzed and provided us with handouts to take home and review before attempting to make these varied and exciting foods at home! The momo's were so excellent and chef gave us tips for soourcing some of the more exotic ingredients. She is a treasure my husband and i would like to take more classes from her.

We had a terrific time with Chef Shailini making awesome steamed dumplings (and so much more!) and learning about Nepalese food culture and customs. Chef S also had lots of good tips for getting possibly hard to find items and ingredients like papadum crackers, mustard oil, Sichuan peppercorns, etc. Dessert was a truly simple and delicious yogurt flavored with cardamom, saffron, toasted nuts and fresh mango. Yum!

We didn't really cook anything. We chopped and measured things but being in a private kitchen (and there were 5 "students") made it nearly impossible for us to cook. The recipes weren't sent until after the class which was a bit frustrating since I would've appreciated the chance to look them over and ask questions then so at least I could feel more confident about cooking these things at home. We had 6 different dishes which was a lot. The soup and the Thai salad were my favorites. Our teacher/chef talked so quickly that I had trouble hearing all of the information she was saying. I wish we could have taken home some of the leftovers! It was great meeting the other people who came with us; they were fascinating to talk to!

Chef Shailini was incredible for the Thai cooking experience! You could tell she absolutely prides herself in her class and she pours so much energy, love, and enthusiasm into her cooking. She is upbeat throughout the entirety and makes you feel so at ease within her home. The food is absolutely incredible and I can not wait to try these recipes at home!! Can not say enough good things- she truly goes above and beyond. Amazing experience and would recommend to anyone!!

Shailini gracefully and expertly gave us insight into Nepalese cuisine at a hands on session I attended. It was SO much fun! She was funny, animated and a real pro! Shailini provided a wonderful experience overall that allowed us to relax, chat and exchange notes while we learned how to cook. I will certainly do this again!!

I was impressed with your efficiency in teaching and coordinating the cooking of several appetizers, all at once! Somehow, everything got done on time and we all certainly enjoyed everything. I also noticed how well you kept an eye on everyone's contributions in making all these. Job well done! ( and delicious too!)

I took a cooking workshop with Shailini, and cannot say enough good things about her as an instructor! She demonstrated a great passion for cooking and her entertaining personality made this an amazing cooking experience for me. The class was extremely interactive and she took the time to provide some history and fun stories behind the food that we were making. I've taken many cooking classes over the years, and so far, this has been one of my absolute favorites. The food was so delicious too - I highly recommend taking a class with Shailini - I very much look forward to doing so, again!

Wow - what a class!! Shailini is fun, warm and welcoming, besides being a pro in terms of planning and organizing. She involved us all in the cooking process and answered many questions along the way. The dishes turned out great!! I especially appreciated the handouts and detailed recipes and am very confident I will be making these at home. We learned many food prep tips as well - I can't wait to take another class with Shailini!

Cooking with Shailini is fantastic!! She is passionate about food and demonstrating her craft with others. We learned how to make a delicious Indian meal, and alongside, many helpful tips and tricks in the kitchen. Everyone participated and had a blast - would highly recommend a class with Shailini!

Many thanks to Chef Shailini for sharing with us her wonderful talent at orchestrating a traditional Nepali meal with us. The spices she used were amazing and the momos we made were spot on! It was a cultural moment in time that I will always remember and cherish in my heart. Best birthday present for my boyfriend, ever! Shailini was friendly, patient and professional - she was very flexible with the changing schedule of our large family gathering and swooped right in with everything needed to teach us how to make Nepalese and Thai meals. She even left us with an instruction manual on everything we learned that night. It was a delicious, lovely and memorable event for me and my family.
