Chef Shailini also does a great deal of volunteer work.

Chef Luis has been sharpening his culinary skills and know how for more than a decade, and he is ready to showcase his cooking expertise with you. Chef Luis is a well-known leader in the kitchen with a strong understanding of culinary concepts, including food microbiology. He is ready and willing to share his love and knowledge of all things food!

After deciding to shift gears and leave the restaurant game, Chef Iain began a successful career as a personal chef in Manhattan Beach for over 15 years while simultaneously catering parties for clients and corporate events. He also became a private celebrity chef, and began providing services and catering on the sets of TV shows and movies. Chef Iain can also be found hosting a variety of fun and exciting culinary experiences!

Chef Fumiko was born in Japan and learned the art of sushi making at Tokyo Sushi Academy. She is also a certified sake sommelier and a graduate of the Sake Service Institute of Japan. Chef Fumiko creates healthy, Asian-style food and believes that anyone can cook amazing food if they are willing to learn. A world traveler, Chef Mike's range of cuisine knows no bounds and he delights in sharing the stories and technique behind each dish.

With over 20 years of culinary experience gained in various cities and restaurants across the country, Chef Cregg has now found his niche as a food stylist and chef instructor. His blend of geographical cooking styles span the global epicurean gamut. From contemporary Californian to fusion BBQ to classic Caribbean and more, Chef Cregg's modern techniques and use of simple, seasonal ingredients are sure to impress.

Chef Dock was just 11 years old when he discovered his passion for the culinary arts. After working as a line cook, he managed a bustling restaurant, where he provided tasteful corporate catering services to high net-worth clients. With deep knowledge about ingredients geared toward a healthy lifestyle and memory enhancement, Chef Dock now owns a private chef and catering company, specializing in a variety of cuisines and simple, nourishing meals.

Born with a love for tantalizing flavors, Chef Jordan pursued his culinary ambitions as soon as he could, which took him around the world.
