Booked the class Spiced Rum Cocktails with Scotch Steward Kirsty
Kirsty's drinks are always on point. I wasn't even a fan of rum but have taken her classes in past and really enjoy her recipes so took a chance and it was well worth it. Looking forward to more classes.

Kirsty was very knowledgeable and shared interesting stories and facts from her time working in a distillery. We had so much fun with our first class we signed up for another one. This is a great class if you want in depth knowledge of whiskey/bourbon and what types to pair with what cocktails or drink alone.
