This online mixology class with Scotch Steward Kirsty combines two loves: Girl Scout cookies and a good cocktail. The libations you'll create are designed to pair with three types of Girl Scout cookies. You'll pair a lemon lavender gin sour with Lemon Ups, a peanut butter old fashioned with Peanut Butter Patties, and a coconut and lime rum swizzle with Caramel deLites.

Prep Work Details

1. Prepare peanut butter-washed bourbon: Add 4 ounces of bourbon to a tupperware and add 1/2-1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Let sit for three hours and shake every once in a while. Fine strain the mixture or use a cheese cloth to remove chunks. 2. Prepare lavender simple syrup: Add 1 tablespoon of dried lavender to 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil. Boil for two minutes. Remove from heat, add 1/2 cup of sugar, and stir. Strain out the lavender.
