From Mexican street food to Ethiopian cuisine, Temescal is renowned for its rich and diverse culinary heritage. Throughout the tour, your guide will highlight an array of beloved eateries as you enjoy a leisurely stroll through this charming neighborhood.
Each tour offers a unique experience as tastings change based on availability. You might sample fresh organic fruit or Korean staples, artisanal ice cream or handcrafted pastries on your one-of-a-kind epicurean adventure. Beverages are included. Possible options include guava frozé, seasonal margaritas, Mexican wine, sangria, local beers, frozen palomas, sparkling wines and non-sparkling wines. Berkeley is known for many things and now we can count food as one of them! Our amazing guide, Henry educated us on the cultural and culinary significance of many of the places that we visited and walked by along this tour. Not to mention, sampling DELICIOUS treats like pastrami sandwiches (probably, the best I've ever had!), pizza, crispy potato puffs, pork sandwiches, soups, chocolates as well as refreshing juices, & fresh coffee! A great time with wonderful food! What better way to spend an afternoon?
