As one of the most famous fresh markets in the world, Pike Place Market draws thousands upon thousands of visitors every year. When exploring this popular attraction with Guide Liz, however, you'll have a chance to see it in an entirely new way. We will be stopping at nine different artisanal vendors where you will learn all about local production and tasting your way through the flavors of the Pacific Northwest. Learn where local chefs shop, where coffee aficionados get their cup of Joe and more!

Look forward to sampling artisanal foods like decadent chocolate-covered cherries, savory German sausage and a Washington state classic — wild smoked salmon.

Just as important to her time spent in the kitchen, is her time spent understanding where ingredients come from in their natural environment. The perfect meal starts outside of the kitchen; from the conditions in which the ingredients are raised and treated to the preparation.
