Enjoy an exciting Latin fiesta that celebrates the bounty of the Earth with Chef Bekah.
Join Chef Bekah for a fun-filled fiesta in this hands-on culinary experience! The feast you will be making is 100% plant based, vegan, organic, and gluten free.
You can look forward to making crispy tostadas with black beans and homemade adobo cashew cream, as well as cauliflower nachos topped with house-made pico de gallo, avocado, green onions, cashew sour cream, and lime to start. And for dessert, you will make incredibly zesty and tangy key lime pie bites that will delight your taste buds.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After gaining years of experience with catering and food styling, Chef Bekah is known as an esteemed private chef for variety of clients. She has honed the skills and knowledge to become proficient in cooking a variety of cuisines, but primarily focuses on plant-based dishes. Chef Bekah’s goal is for you to be comfortable and confident in the kitchen when cooking plant-based meals.
