Cooking Class - Vegetarian and Gluten Free Italian

What You’ll Do

Going gluten free doesn’t mean having to saying goodbye to all your favorite Italian meals.

In this hands-on class, Chef Kristin is your guide as you explore naturally gluten-free Italian dishes. Chef Kristin will teach you everything you ever wanted to know about high-quality substitutes and using creative alternatives to accommodate these types of dietary restrictions.

Then, you will be creating each item on the four-course menu, which is gluten free and vegetarian. A couple of recipes you can look forward to include gluten-free chickpea pasta with fresh tomato, basil, and burrata, as well as a light and airy sabayon with seasonal fruit.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My wife and I had a delightful afternoon and evening preparing an entire meal with Chef Kristin. We learned so much about gluten free flours and new, more efficient ways to cut up vegetables. Everything was so good, especially the dessert of sabayon over poached pears. Kristin's enthusiasm and energy was catching! We are definitely looking forward to more classes with Chef Kristin.

AMAZING!! Kristin set up an incredible, delicious experience for us. Her house is remarkable and tranquil. Kristin was such a kind, giving host. It was so cool to see how Kristin grows her own veggies and herbs. The meal was extremely delicious and Kristin was a great coach through the process. We left feeling very happy, healthy and satisfied. Kristin is so flexible and accommodating - I highly recommend this experience to any person with any type of diet!

Wow, Chef Kristin was really amazing, so I wanted to take the time to leave her a review. I don’t normally review anyone online. Kristin was unique. She truly made us feel special from the moment we walked into her brilliant home. She really really lives, eats, and breathes this stuff.
