Cooking Class - Homemade Gnudi

What You’ll Do

Gnudi: it's not exactly pasta, it's not quite gnocchi, but it is altogether absolutely delicious.

In this hands-on class with Chef Rachelle, you will learn the art of making gnudi. Gnudi are similar to gnocchi but are a more pillowy, less chewy type of dumpling that are so deceptively light you'll wonder how the texture is even possible.

You will prepare spinach and ricotta gnudi along with a simple tomato sauce because gnudi shine the brightest when tossed in simple sauces made from fresh ingredients. Along with an antipasti platter, you will also learn how to prepare an elegant poached pear dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I made a surprise for my husband and the rest of the family inviting chef Rachelle to make a lunch altogether. Even my daughter participated! First of all - the meal was delicious and healthy, second - you can learn some tricks on how to make your dinner perfect, and third - you can have a great conversation.
