What You’ll Do

Learn how to make this timeless, classic dish that would make Julia Child oh so proud!

In this hands-on class, you will learn how to perfect the art of beef Wellington with Chef Jane, who will teach you how to make the flakiest puff pastry as well as the technique to making a beautifully flavorful and decadent mushroom bordelaise sauce to complete your dish.

You will also learn how to prepare a heavenly mash with garlic horseradish compound butter, and a simple, yet far from plain, wilted greens side dish.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jane was amazing!! We had such a fun time learning how to cook with her. The beef Wellington was very tasty! We learned so much. I can’t wait to take another one of her cooking classes.

It was an awesome experience. Jane was extremely nice and patient, answered all questions, and made us feel comfortable cooking. Funny, endearing, what more could you ask for. For those that fear covid, she took all necessary precautions and we would cook with her again. What would this review be without speaking on how delicious the food is. I'm excited for leftovers tomorrow :)
