Calling all fire-breathing dragons! If you just can't get enough spicy goodness, join Chef Diane as she guides you in making three fiery dishes that will set your taste buds aflame. You will also learn some tips to spice up any dish.

Using fresh, eccentric ingredients you will learn to forge flavor-forward fusions that aren’t shy when it comes to heat. Work your way through Jamaican pepper shrimp that packs a punch and a kick of flavor, fiercely savory Korean chive pancakes, and an incendiary Peruvian bean and quinoa salad.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I really enjoyed learning how to make homemade pasta with Chef Diane. She is very knowledgable and the pasta turned out delicious. I now feel confident that I can make pasta on my own whenever I want!
